Given how much our team loves to eat and drink when we travel, it’s no surprise that you can often find us browsing Borough Market in London. If you’re unfamiliar, Borough Market is a wholesale and retail market hall in the Southwark neighborhood. It is one of the largest and oldest food markets in London having boasted a market on the site dating back to at least the 12th century.
The stalls, stands, shops and restaurants are all completely distinctive and they offer a dizzying diversity of British and international flavors. The traders are woven together by the market’s emphasis on making or sourcing the best food they possibly can.
Here are all of our favorite bites + buys while at the market!
