The most FAQs in our inboxes: how to work with us, how to support us and what we do and *don't* do.

We field a lot of questions about our services and offerings - particularly when our founder Meghan Donovan is traveling across France and England. Therefore we thought it would be helpful to outline some of the most common questions we get asked and share the best ways to work with us, how we work and how you can support our Atelier.

What does it cost to work with the Atelier?

There are several options when working with En Route to Rêverie. Rêverie in Paris and Rêverie in London recommendation Plans start at $600 and include The Atelier's curated recommendations for you based on your personal travel preferences and interests. Premiere Plans start at $750 and offer up to four full days of an itinerary. Costs go up if you need your Plan rushed.

Haute Rêverie Plans offer five full days and begin at $1,000. Additional days are able to be added utilizing the Atelier's hourly fee.

If you're looking for help in planning a trip to multiple destinations within France and/or England, Haute Rêverie will provide you up to five full days of itineraries making recommendations on how to best maximize your time from sun up till sun down in the destinations to which you are traveling. Haute Rêverie also includes a consult call and WhatsApp access to founder Meghan Donovan for any of the moment questions.

How do I book with the Atelier?

The Atelier operates by-request. Kindly submit a request to share more details about your trip with the En Route to Rêverie team to determine whether they're able to help you curate your trip. Please allow two weeks for us to review your request.

Can I book just my hotel through you?

We know a lot of people love the planning and research parts of taking a trip and so they don’t need a Plan. We are always happy to help with accommodations though as it supports the commission-based arm of our business.

Thanks to En Route to Rêverie relationships with top hotels in France and England, we can often secure the best rate for you as well as extra amenities to enjoy during your stay. At a variety of 4 and 5* hotels, when you book it through En Route to Rêverie you may be entitled to complimentary breakfast, early check-in/late check-out (subject to availability), VIP welcomes, complimentary upgrades (subject to availability) and Food & Beverage or Spa credits to be used during your time at the property.

If you are not a Plan client but would like to take advantage of our relationships with hotels for perks, you can do so by requesting to book HERE. If your request is approved, En Route to Rêverie will send you an Accommodations survey so that the Atelier can take into account your budget, location preferences, length of stay, whether you’ve been to the destination before, the size of your party and your dates and curate hotel recommendations for you to consider. There is a deposit taken and the deposit will be refunded following your stay.

Already know where you want to stay and just want our perks? There is no deposit required and we’ll gladly book you complimentary.

I don’t have a huge budget for my hotels - can I still work with you?

We recognize not everyone is spending 4 figures+ per night on a hotel which is why we work with a variety of budgets to hotel matchmake the best hotel for you, your preferences and your budget. Our team always aims to maximize your budget and find the perfect stay for you. That being said, to maintain a level of quality and service expected of our business in luxury travel, our minimum / night spend outside of Q1 stays begins at $500/night.

I already booked my hotel - can I still work with you?

For Paris and London Plans, yes. For Haute Rêverie Plans, you must book your Accommodations through the Atelier.

Do you book dining reservations?

We do not book dining reservations for clients as a result of last minute changes often needed and due to credit card authorizations required by many venues now. Instead we book clients at hotels with excellent concierges to take care of all their dining reservation needs.

How far in advance should I request to book with you?

Due to demand, the Atelier is usually fully booked and not taking clients with a six month window. Sometimes rush orders can be accommodated so it is always worth making a request.

For Rêverie in Paris and Rêverie in London Plans, En Route to Rêverie recommends submitting your Plan order no more than eight months before you plan to depart so that the team can provide you with the most up to date, new recommendations for Paris & London while also sharing intel on special exhibits and events while you will be overseas.

For Haute Rêverie clients, bookings can be accepted earlier depending on your preference of when you'd like to review your recommendations and have the team craft an outline of your trip.

That being said, if you’re looking to book your accommodations sooner, you can feel free to book earlier as En Route to Rêverie can send accommodations sooner than the rest of your Plan. Just send an email after you receive your order confirmation indicating you’d like accommodation recommendations sooner.

My trip is already pretty much planned but I have some questions and could use your expertise - what’s possible?

This is why we launched our consult call service Rêverie On Call. It allows you to ask any questions you may have, get expert guidance from our founder and will include a few follow up recommendations based on your conversation. It’s ideal for clients leaving soon on their trip and return clients of En Route to Rêverie.
